Avon WPCA requires developer‑paid impact study, approves will‑serve modification for Avon Gardens

The Avon Water Pollution Control Authority on May 13 voted to require a developer‑funded impact analysis for The Homes at Avon Park, Phases III and IV, and approved a will‑serve modification for the Avon Gardens/Avon Mills expansion.
