Lamont council accepts quitclaim deed, ends easement with GrowMark for sign property

The motion to terminate the easement was made by Paul Lincoln and seconded by Jarrod Lamphier; the motion carried with ayes recorded from JoDee Devlin, Mark Adams, Paul Lincoln and Jarrod Lamphier. The council then voted, on a motion by JoDee Devlin seconded by Paul Lincoln, to accept a quitclaim deed from GrowMark, Inc. d/b/a AgVantage FS transferring the land for the Lamont sign to the city. Both actions were recorded in the minutes with unanimous council support.
