- Approved final pay application No. 13 to Max Great Construction in the amount of $131,279.32 but directed staff to withhold $5,000 as retainage until identified punch-list items are corrected; motion carried.
- Approved a miscellaneous lease with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources to access about 80 acres east of Highway 53 for wetland delineation and bedrock/soil checks as part of business-park due diligence; motion carried.
- Approved sending one EMT to a Wilderness EMS event Aug. 19–22; at least one councilor stated they would abstain but the motion carried.
- Approved a permit for the Waterview Woods car show on Aug. 13 from 1–4 p.m. on Main Street, subject to chief and city operations approval; motion carried.
