Cheryl Neidig said 40 Dauphin Drive, the former home of Chewy, has been sold; the buyer was "unknown at this time." Tyler Fairchild said the damaged bench in Potteiger Park will be removed and repaired this winter and that trees planted in the park will be landscaped. He also reported that the township repaired the road at Main and Locust Point over a recent two-day period.
Jennie Batchelor reported St. Stephen’s Church continues to serve community meals with takeouts available, that Fuse group meetings are advertised on Nextdoor, and that the church will hold a "Trunk or Treat" on Main Street on Halloween night with hot dogs served. Nancy Shoaff said the Global Methodist Church will host food trucks and a Trunk or Treat in its parking lot on Oct. 17.
Clarence Bouchet updated attendees on the recently approved Events Center on Ridge and said the Car Star repair facility received final plan approval from the township planning commission. Rich Shoaff said backfilling at the Junken house is complete and grass seed has been planted.
