Residents question temporary speed sign in Southfield Crossing; officer says sign is rotated

Officer Miller said "the sign gets rotated to different locations, with a long list of waiting locations." Theresa O’Conner noted that "the speed limit in Southfield is 25 mph and most people obey, but there are residents who are policing."
