The Underwood City Council approved Partial Pay Application #6 to McCarthy Trenching for $827,184.59 at a special meeting on Dec. 16, 2025.
The payment was approved after a brief discussion of progress on the city’s wastewater treatment project. Councilmember Jim Pingel moved to approve the partial payment and Councilmember Josh Madsen seconded; the motion carried 3-0.
