Board members discussed size options and recommended the largest feasible screen for the entry wall.
The board considered subscription-term trade-offs: paying up front for a multi-year subscription would yield a 20% discount but requires available cash now; staff noted a five-year contract often locks in price and can produce a meaningful cost reduction.
