Council hears LED street-lighting assessment; asks staff to return proposal on Aug. 5

"We want clearer numbers on cost and payback before moving forward," a council member said during the discussion.
The presentation was informational; no procurement, contract award or ordinance was adopted. The item will return to the council agenda on Aug. 5 for further evaluation and possible action.
