Trustees authorized the superintendent to sign a RAMP data-sharing agreement that will enable Batavia School District 101 to participate in a regional data partnership hosted by Northern Illinois University.
Brad presented the partnership as an opportunity to analyze K–12 to postsecondary pathways including dual-credit conversion rates, remediation rates at community colleges, and comparative outcomes across partner districts. Trustees said the data could help evaluate whether dual-credit or AP students are successful post high school, identify equity gaps (for example in Hispanic student dual-credit participation), and inform counseling and program improvements.
The board voted to authorize the superintendent to execute the agreement; trustees asked administration to confirm data-protection safeguards and reporting parameters before substantive analysis begins.
