Robbins board adopts tax levy, approves warrants and village seal change

Trustees approved two warrant lists totaling $35,079.02 and adopted the municipal calendar for 2022, which keeps council meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays.
The board also approved a resolution with the Cook County Land Bank Authority to facilitate parcel transfers tied to the Midlothian Creek project, and voted to update the village seal wording to read "Achievement Through Community Spirit" (Resolution 12-14-21-A). The meeting record shows roll-call votes on these items with motions and seconds entered into the minutes.
Public comment included multiple resident requests about water-billing disputes, a vacant property in need of boarding, and questions about zoning for truck parking. The mayor announced a closed-session personnel item was added and the meeting adjourned at 9:43 p.m.
