Council asks administrator to re-offer driveway fix, invite homeowner to meet about 842nd Street

Administrator Rich was directed to send the email, and council approved the instruction by voice vote.
Councilors emphasized keeping negotiations out of an open council chamber and limiting the meeting to a couple of members so it would not become a public negotiation. The council asked that correspondence reflect that the offer represents the council's decision and discussed including the city attorney in communications if appropriate. No formal change to the underlying offer was recorded; council instructed staff to proceed with outreach and to meet if the homeowner requests further discussion.
