Owners T. Trojian and property manager S. Sikora were present. The minutes note the venue's music is monitored "to not exceed 55 decibels at the property line" and that performers are elevated 3–4 feet above ground level. The applicants said the tent exterior will be removed at season's end while interior framing will remain; arborvitae will be planted as additional screening along Route 202. Commissioner S. Simonin moved to approve the site-plan modification; Commissioner M. Eucalitto seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Owner T. Trojian said site work would be completed in three days.
Separately, commissioners received a letter from Attorney D. Casagrande submitted on behalf of 29 neighbors of the Lost Fox Inn outlining a formal complaint and petition to cease-and-desist outdoor music events and restrict music to interior use with sound-tight restrictions. That petition was read into the record; residents T. and C. Murphy were present during the discussion. Chairman Bramley said the correspondence would be forwarded to Attorney Byrne for comment. The minutes do not record a formal response from the applicants to the petition at this meeting.
