An item to declare the structure at 1167 Texas Street a nuisance (40-430) was moved to table and will return for further consideration.
Separately, the council accepted resignations and appointed three members (Clinton Mitchell, Thomas Cormier and Michael Albanese) to the Improvement District for the McGowin Park project (resolution 03512). The body also authorized multiple purchase orders and vendor agreements covering storm drainage vegetation removal, a cruise-terminal elevator replacement, and equipment for public facilities.
