The Executive Committee entered executive session at 7:18 p.m. to discuss personnel matters and reconvened at 7:43 p.m. After the closed meeting, the committee unanimously adopted a motion recognizing employee achievement and authorizing the Executive Director to spend up to 100% of the FY22 salary budget for staff; the Executive Committee will determine the Executive Director’s salary.
Chris Shaw made the motion to enter executive session; Bard Hill seconded. Committee membership in attendance for the executive session included Chair Mike O’Brien, Vice Chair Catherine McMains, Treasurer John Zicconi, Chris Shaw, Bard Hill and staff, including Executive Director Charlie Baker. The motion to authorize salary spending was moved by Chris Shaw and seconded by Bard Hill and carried with all in attendance voting in favor.
The committee recorded no additional public action beyond the stated authorization. The meeting adjourned at 7:44 p.m.
