DDA approves minutes, agenda and treasurer's report; meeting adjourned

Treasurer Hayman reviewed the April 1–30 Treasurer's and Budget Reports; Miller moved to approve the Treasurer's Report and Byrum supported the motion, which carried. Miller moved to adjourn at 8:22 p.m., Byrum supported and the motion carried. Minutes were submitted by Ralph DeBucce, Secretary.
