The resolution to add the $45 fee passed on a roll call vote.
Council then considered a resolution to add Dylan Booth to the department. Council members noted Booth is a local resident employed at Food Liner and holds additional certifications, including diving-related training. The council approved his addition by roll call.
Finally, the council approved a resolution setting the probationary period for volunteer firefighters at one year (12 months). Council members confirmed the probationary period is budgeted and the measure passed by roll call.
All three resolutions were approved by roll call votes during the meeting. The council adjourned at the close of business.
