- Motion (Utility Permit 28-28-26): Motion by Supervisor Irwin authorized the Chairperson to sign Utility Permit 28-28-26 allowing Lumen to pull new fiber-optic cable through existing conduit within county right-of-way along 285th Avenue in Sections 19, 30 and 31, T81N R04E, DeWitt Township.
- Motion (Environmental Review Letter): Motion by Supervisor George authorized the Chair to sign an Environmental Review letter for the Clinton Housing Authority as presented by ECIA.
All recorded roll calls for these items were unanimous in favor. The meeting minutes do not list individual seconders for motions; vote tallies show three yes votes and no recorded no votes, abstentions or recusals.
The board also noted that the TrueNorth Wellmark renewal was postponed until next week.
