Executive Committee approves minutes, updates bank signers and adjourns

Forest Cohen explained that changes in committee officers require updates to authorized signers on the CCRPC bank accounts; the committee authorized adding Vice Chair Chris Shaw as an authorized signer and removing Mike O’Brien as Past Chair from the signer list by motion (Mike O’Brien moved; Jacki Murphy seconded). The motion carried unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. after a motion by Mike O’Brien and a second by Chris Shaw.
