The commission approved the April 8, 2026 meeting minutes (motion by Mike Shields, second by Suzanne Vitale) and approved the current meeting agenda (motion by Suzanne Vitale, second by Vince Nestico).
The treasurer reported a balance of $14,162.28; the commission voted to accept the treasurer's report on a motion by Mike Shields, seconded by Suzanne Vitale. A motion to adjourn by Mike Shields, seconded by Suzanne Vitale, carried and the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m. The commission scheduled its next regular meeting for June 3, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
