The Bentley Memorial Library Board approved the minutes of its Sept. 9, 2025, regular meeting as amended and then adjourned a special meeting called Oct. 14, 2025, at 206 Bolton Center Road in Bolton.
Secretary Kelly Goldsnider moved to approve the Sept. 9 minutes as amended; Clerk Camden Soucy seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting, opened at 4:02 p.m. by Chair Rebecca Holliman, recorded attendance that included board members Claire Fazzina, Dot Neil and Loni Hryn, Clerk Camden Soucy, Secretary Kelly Goldsnider and Library Director Liz Thornton. Following the vote on the minutes, Dot Neil moved to adjourn and Loni Hryn seconded; that motion also passed unanimously and the meeting concluded at 4:04 p.m.
The board noted that its next regular meeting is scheduled for Nov. 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. The minutes were signed and the meeting record lists Camden Soucy as the board clerk who prepared the submission.
