Mayor Kelvin Penrod opened the Minnesota City Council meeting at 7:01 p.m. on Jan. 7. Bob Bambenek administered the oath swearing in Kelvin Penrod as mayor and Hollis Donehower and Joe Pellowski as council members. Angie Bohnstengel and Emily Conners were recorded as present. The swearing-in took place at the start of the meeting and was recorded in the minutes as part of the opening proceedings.
The meeting then moved into routine business, including approval of the Dec. 10 minutes, acceptance of the December Treasurer’s Report and a set of disbursements. Minutes were written by Amanda Benter and typed by Tina Full due to the clerk’s absence.
