Ardmore Avenue Community Center on track for January substantial completion, parks director says

She cautioned that site constraints — regrading courts and building a retaining wall — create scheduling challenges but said "it is getting there" and staff are working with the contractor to keep momentum.
Commissioners raised concerns that an adjacent baseball field (project 6090) was not being maintained while under contractor control. Heler said the contractor remains responsible for maintenance during its control of the site and that staff expects the field to be returned in the fall.
