The superintendent had highlighted several end-of-year items earlier in the meeting, including senior intern meetings with Congresswoman Nanalilia Mejia and local officials, graduation logistics and thanks to staff for year-end operations. The finance secretary had previewed motions 28 through 38 and reported that district accounts are in positive balance.
