Temecula Valley Unified board tables consent contract for Addiction Treatment Technologies LLC (dba Care Soloulless)

Mrs. Roman asked the board to pull consent item 15 — the contract listed for Addiction Treatment Technologies LLC, doing business as Care Soloulless — and to table it so a subcommittee could review the contract and the rationale before returning the item to the consent calendar. "There's no contract and the rationale lists that we could look at the contract. So for transparency sake, I'd like to table that and then we'll likely have another meeting with the subcommittee and I'd like to look at that in the subcommittee prior to bringing it back on [the] consent calendar," she said.

Board members held a roll-call vote on the motion to table. The clerk recorded votes as follows: Wearsma — yes; Anderson — yes; Barham — no; Schwarz — no; Kamaroski — yes. The chair announced the motion adopted and said the item will be tabled to the next meeting (vote recorded in the minutes as a 3–2 roll call in favor of tabling).
