Lamoni board approves construction and engineering agreements to advance HVAC upgrades

Director Kris Stevenson moved the motion to approve the construction and engineering agreements; Director Zack Mullins seconded, and the motion carried unanimously, as recorded in the meeting minutes. The approvals authorize district staff to proceed with next steps in procurement and planning under the master facilities process; specific contract amounts were not specified in the minutes.
Schemmer and Estes were listed in the meeting attendees as the firms presenting next steps and cost options for the HVAC work. The board also noted continued master-planning work with these firms would occur at future meetings.
