Members discussed concerns about Lee Lewis’ capacity while that firm works on the new Midland High School project; Lee Lewis provided written assurances of dedicated staffing and independent teams for each project.
The board moved and seconded approval of the evaluation rankings and authorized the superintendent or designee to negotiate and execute the construction manager at risk agreement with Lee Lewis Construction. The motion passed unanimously, with the chair announcing "Unanimous motion passes 7."
