Jill Kersey told the board the shed is needed to store lawn and snow equipment and provide workshop space for household maintenance; she also said some neighbors have larger sheds that appear to exceed 150 sq ft. "I have a pretty big yard to accommodate this shed," Kersey said.
Board members noted the parcel’s size and the practical need to store equipment for ongoing property maintenance when signaling support for the variance. After findings of fact were read and board members voted, the motion to grant the variance carried.
