By consensus the board directed staff to advertise Phase 2 lots along 1st Ave NE at $120,000 per lot and Phase 1 lots along 2nd Ave NE at $80,000 per lot, with prices stated inclusive of public utilities. The board also agreed to extend easterly lot lines in Phase 1 through recently acquired property to maximize the park layout. Members said proceeds from future lot sales should be set aside to fund park improvements.
