Statham City Council unanimously approves service delivery strategy agreement and Form 2s

Mayor Krause called the Statham City Council special call meeting to order at 3:01 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2024, and the council approved three service-delivery items in a short session that ended at 3:05 p.m.
The council voted to approve a proposed Service Delivery Strategy Mediation Agreement after Councilmember Terilli moved the motion and Councilmember Burnette seconded. The roll-call vote was Terilli-Yes, Bogenrieder-Yes, Patterson-Yes, Penn-Yes and Burnette-Yes; the motion passed 5-0.
Councilmember Patterson then moved to approve the proposed Service Delivery Strategy Form 2s covering Road Maintenance — County, Road Maintenance — Municipal, and Water Utility Services and to authorize the mayor to sign the agreement; Councilmember Bogenrieder seconded. The motion passed on a 5-0 roll-call vote.
The council also voted to ratify previously approved Form 2s for service delivery strategy with Barrow County and Barrow municipalities. Councilmember Burnette moved the ratification and Councilmember Terilli seconded; the council recorded a unanimous 5-0 vote in favor.
