Corporation Counsel Tomasz Kalinowski reviewed the recommended referral procedure and the contingency language authorizing the Mayor to proceed only after Planning & Zoning’s favorable recommendation. No final sale documents were executed at the meeting; council action was limited to tabling and referring the matter and setting conditions for any future sale.
