Sigourney council approves Annual Urban Renewal Report and Iowa DOT street/finance report

On Oct. 1 the Sigourney City Council approved the Annual Urban Renewal Report for fiscal year 2024–2025 and, separately, approved the Fiscal Year 2025 Iowa Department of Transportation Street and Finance Report along with Resolution No. 2025-10-30.
Council member Schultz moved to approve the Urban Renewal report; the motion passed unanimously. Council member Lentz moved, seconded by Council member Iosbaker, to approve the DOT street and finance report and adopt Resolution No. 2025-10-30; the roll call showed unanimous approval.
The approvals record the city’s required reporting and resolution filings with state agencies and put the reports on city record for FY2025.
