• Miscellaneous administrative items — The board approved cancellation of the July 14 meeting and confirmed hearing‑board appointments (reappointment of Kathleen Paulson as the professional‑engineer member and appointment of Dulce Sutterfield as a public member). All motions carried on voice votes.
