Design Review Board approves new windows and sign lighting for 41 Mountain Road

Bill Hawkins, director of planning and development, said, "the windows and lights have been approved by the Historic District Commission (HDC)." Hawkins also noted that the HDC added a mullion pattern to the original window design proposed by Migliozzi.
The board members expressed support for the revised windows and lighting. Design Review Board member Robin Zatony moved to approve the application as submitted; Design Review Board member Frank Grillo seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The record shows five board members were present for the vote.
The approval incorporates the HDC-required mullion pattern and the three gooseneck fixtures above the sign. No conditions beyond those discussed at the meeting were recorded.
The board moved on to a second application on the same agenda following the vote.
