The Highland City Council on Aug. 5 approved Change Order Number One, final and balancing, for the PW 02-24 street-resurfacing project, increasing the project cost by $24,717.21.
The motion to approve Bill #24-80/Resolution #24-08-3121 was made by Councilwoman Barbara Bellm, seconded by Councilman Frey, and passed on a roll-call vote with Councilmembers Sloan, Frey, Bellm and Napper voting aye and no nays recorded.
The council did not request additional substantive changes to the project scope at the meeting; staff presented the change order as a final balancing adjustment.
The resolution passed at the meeting and will be executed by staff per standard procurement procedures.
