Bryan said Chief Brian Zajac reported no issues with the applicant, and the Village will respond that it does not request a hearing unless Council objects; Council had no objection on the record.
Council also adopted Resolution No. 2025‑30 authorizing Northfield to participate in the 2025 ODOT annual road salt contract; the resolution was read, the three‑reading rule was suspended, and the resolution was adopted by roll call.
