Moved by Sauerbrei and seconded by Aiello, the board approved the 2024–25 At‑Risk/Dropout modified supplemental amount of $114,832 (motion carried 4-0). The board also approved SBRC requests for Modified Supplemental Amount Open Enrollment Out (not in Fall 2023) totaling $41,812 and for ELL Beyond 5 Years totaling $8,228; both motions carried 4-0.
On facilities, the board approved a quote from Primary Systems for a fire-alarm upgrade to voice evacuation for $133,545. The motion to approve the Primary Systems quote was moved by Kaufman and seconded by Aiello; the record shows the motion carried with three in favor and President Wolfe recorded as abstaining (tally recorded as 3-0 Wolfe‑Abstain).
Consent items including bills and vendor payments were reviewed by Vice President Angie Auel; the board acknowledged no open enrollments. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
