At the Feb. 11 meeting the Longswamp Township Board of Supervisors reviewed financial reports for January 2025 and approved routine disbursements.
Chairman Don Hickman reviewed the Treasurer's Report, which the minutes record as showing Township General Funds of $2,631,275.15 and Additional Township funds of $740,083.57, for a combined total of $3,371,358.72. Supervisor Mike Sacks moved to approve the Treasurer's Report as presented, subject to further audit; Mark Hilbert seconded and the motion carried.
The board acknowledged verification of the January 2025 bank reconciliations signed by Chairman Hickman. The board also approved interim disbursements processed and paid during the period of Jan. 29 through Feb. 11, 2025 totaling $130,411.60 and fund transfers totaling $16,684.73; that vote was recorded by roll call with Mark Hilbert, Mike Sacks and Don Hickman voting yes.
The minutes do not record any additional line‑item discussion or objections to the disbursements. The Treasurer's Report approval was recorded as subject to audit.
