The Carlisle Conservation Commission concluded its June 10 meeting with routine administrative business: approval of invoices and meeting minutes, scheduling of public meetings, and assignment of follow-up tasks to staff and volunteers.
Staff listed bills (fencing for community gardens, H&H transducer work for cranberry bog monitoring, peer review costs, and materials for conservation awards) and the commission approved payment from designated accounts. The commission also approved the June 10 minutes with edits and continued several technical permit items (Woodward Village certificate of compliance, DEP 125-1212 for 253 Noel Farm Road and the 509 South Street enforcement restoration) to give applicants time to provide requested documentation.
Commissioners asked staff to coordinate distribution of surplus fence material (currently at the community gardens), to circulate schedules for upcoming stewardship and water-chestnut events (including a volunteer pole pull scheduled for mid-June), and to post the Boxill long-term management meeting (June 24) notice to the public. The meeting adjourned after roll-call approval.
