Ray Engler reported that the ARPA‑funded Mahindra tractor sold at the Sohn Auction and the town expects a check; Clerk‑Treasurer Mallory Lowe said she confirmed via email with Debbie Bennett‑Stearsman and the State Board of Accounts that auction proceeds originating from the federal grant may legally be deposited into the town’s general fund. On utility‑location damage, attorney Josh Claybourn said the town sent a notification to On the Spot Co. and is awaiting a reply.
