Adams provided several other estimates and updates: an estimated $4,500 to resolve a drainage issue at 15 5th Street East, roughly $4,990 to repair the water pump near the Riverside Park basketball courts, approximately $2,500 for tree removal tied to Xcel coordination, and a $4,746 estimate to replace the water meter for Well #1, which he hopes to address after the campground closes Oct. 15. He also noted a roof leak at the treatment plant discovered July 29 and that a watermain break that day is under investigation.
