Chief Deputy Sheri Herma told the council she did not prepare the document but that department heads reviewed the list before it was submitted for the meeting. The council adopted the ordinance by roll call vote: Ayes — Scott Evorik, Zack Bryan, Andrew Kyres, Bob Clemons, Laura Sauerman, Joe Sanders, and Chad Jeffries; Nays — none. Motion passed 7-0.
Members then reinstated the rules by unanimous voice vote. The ordinance establishes the city's subscriptions and dues for 2026 as presented to the council; no substantive changes or amendments were recorded during the meeting.
