At its Dec. 2 meeting the Crothersville Town Council acknowledged a Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG) award of $306,505 and recorded the town’s required 20% local match of $61,301.
Council then approved an agreement with Baker Tilley for water asset management services and a bond‑anticipation note tied to project financing (motion by Jamy Greathouse, second Mark Wilkerson; carried 5‑0). The council also approved Pay Application #6 for Divisions A, B and C of the water project (motion Jamy Greathouse, second Mark Wilkerson; carried 5‑0).
Clerk Treasurer Danieta Foster noted the grant amount and match requirement during the meeting record. No amendments to the agreements or pay applications were recorded at the meeting; councilors indicated the approvals were part of routine project financing and payment processing.
The council did not discuss detailed contractor invoices or the project’s total budget in the minutes; the Pay App approvals were recorded as motions and carried unanimously.
