The Covington Redevelopment Commission at its Sept. 23 annual meeting voted to accept a gift from the City Council of the northeast corner of the Covington Community Center, acting under Resolution 2024-5. Todd Hegg moved to accept the gift per Resolution 2024-5; Paula Copenhaver seconded and the motion carried 5-0. The commission said bids will be solicited and the next RDC meeting is set for Oct. 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. to read submitted bids.
