City Clerk Twyla Menth reported that MN Paid Leave forms have been completed for firefighters and other employees, the 2026 meeting dates were reviewed, the fee schedule was revised, a few blight letters were sent for expired tabs, staff is working on a pay-equity report and FD W-2s, and the city is coordinating wetland work with Joe Lemmerman and SEH.
The council approved the consent agenda—including Nov. 18 minutes, claims and financial reports—by a 5-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
