Council approved an ordinance amendment for egress windows, an updated CDBG/home program agreement with Washington County, and resolutions approving encroachment agreements for two private properties (5910 Freeland Court North and 15510 Goodview Trail North). The council also authorized the sale of surplus public-works and fire-department equipment at online auction.
