- Appointment of Michael Schmitt as the Town's voting delegate for a VLCT special meeting on June 22, 2026. Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
- Approval of a letter of support for a Toonerville Trail Bicycle and Pedestrian Program grant requiring a $58,000 local match (see separate story). Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
- Approval of a summer pool access agreement with Edgar May Rec Center committing $20,000 in two installments and permitting nominal user fees retained by Edgar May. Motion by Tara Chase; vote 5‑0.
- Authorization to use Economic Development Fund dollars for a small business incubator at 27 Main Street and to erect a downtown kiosk to support events and Main Street construction communications. Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
- Adoption of a Pride Month proclamation declaring June 2026 Pride Month in Springfield and reaffirming the town's Declaration of Inclusion. Motion by Tara Chase; vote 5‑0.
- Approval of event permits for the Springfield Area Parent Child Center 'Duck Run' (June 27) and Springfield Police Association's National Night Out (Aug. 4). Motions by Tara Chase; votes 5‑0.
- Ratification of engagement with Parker & Ankuda, P.C. to prepare tax sale paperwork at 15% of uncollected taxes, and authorization for the Town Manager to bid on town’s behalf at tax sale and to sign deeds for town‑owned tax‑sale properties. Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
- Designation of Stryker Sales as sole source and authorization for the Town Manager to sign a purchase order for a replacement stretcher at $36,813.40. Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
- Approval of a quitclaim deed conveying a 2,758 sq. ft. strip of town recreation land (Parcel A) along Litchfield Street to abutters (McCormicks) for $1 consideration, with the town reserving easement and access rights for stormwater infrastructure. Motion by Heather Frahm; vote 5‑0.
Most items were routine approvals; the board deferred major capital or legal decisions pending engineering reports, grant awards, or further staff follow‑up.
