A commissioner moved to grant final plat approval and accept the amended site plan; the motion carried by voice vote.
The board asked the petitioner to provide finalized documents with minor corrections after the meeting. The approved final plat and site plan amendments clear the way for subsequent construction permitting and any remaining engineering or right‑of‑way dedications required by the city.
