Doraville proclaims October Breast Cancer Awareness Month; city marks Taiwan Day

A representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Atlanta accepted on behalf of the office and noted the date’s proximity to Taiwan National Day and the value of ongoing cultural and economic ties.
These proclamations are ceremonial recognitions; they do not create new city policy or appropriations. They reflect the council’s long‑standing practice of honoring community organizations and cultural groups.
