Council notes flood mitigation grant referral and recommends acceptance of Gables Phase 2 infrastructure

Separately, Mr. Duffy presented a resolution recommending the city accept ownership and maintenance of rights-of-way and certain infrastructure at The Gables Phase 2, telling council that inspections determined the improvements meet city standards and that staff recommends adoption of the resolution.
Both items were noted for formal consideration on the council agenda; the pre-council session did not record formal votes on either matter.
