Rupy said he would work with county counsel to resolve the remaining language before signatures.
The motion to move the resolution to the mayor and interim administrator passed after discussion about consultation and indemnification. Council Member Rainbow moved the resolution and Council Member Glazer seconded; the motion carried. Mayor Natalie Johnson thanked Rupy for the review.
